Beautiful English MKII helmet. Pre-war manufacture, steel reed. Thick 'anti-reflective' paint. Helmet with manufacturer marking dated 1939. Beautiful paint. Beige web chinstrap, metal springs. Brass buckle. Black waxed canvas inner cap. Black cotton lace. Manufacturer marking JCS & W 1938 Size 7. Rubber stamp on the bottom of the can. Worn, good condition, attic raw.
