Pattern 50 para belt Indochina

French Para issue belt, similar in its construction to an American M-36 belt but with a British attachment system, like on the pattern 37 belts. Except that in the French manufacture, the steel attachment is painted black as is the female pressure of the belt to clip a PA magazine holder or M1 carbine magazines. All the metal eyelets are present (except one in the back...see photo) and in very good condition, two metal belt loops present. The belt has been little worn and is in a very good state of preservation. This model of belt has become particularly difficult to find over the years. Essential to complete a French paratrooper mannequin in Indochina.
