Exceptional and amazing set of equipment model 1888 that belonged to the same soldier. All effects are stamped with the matriculation number 1742. This set includes a backpack called ace of diamonds in perfect condition close to new, very soft leather, no defects, each strap is stamped with the matriculation number and stamp of the matriculation in the bag. Set of three cartridge belts 1888 completely homogeneous very soft leather, each is stamped with the matriculation number 1742, no defects. A leather strapping model 1888 with brass hooks, very soft leather, manufacturer's mark in Paris, each of the straps is also stamped with the matriculation number 1742 (Note that each strap has been slightly shortened at the time). It is exceptional to find such a set in this state of preservation and especially with the same matriculation number. Typical equipment of the French soldier (called Piou-Piou) silhouette from the time of the entry into the war in August 1914. Impossible to upgrade.
