UTICA US M3 Guard fighting knife

Nice US M3 fighting knife with its M8 issue scabbard first model without belt hook, manufacturer marking UTICA  on the guard, Ordnance Corps Grenade stamped on the pommel, handle in stacked leather strips without the slightest play just like the guard. Original length blade not oxidized with traces of use. Green synthetic scabbard in excellent condition, functional handle holding pressure.  Beautiful general patina for this untouched knife presented as found.
