Chaplain set

Superb military chaplain's cassock of the model used during the Great War and until 1940, rounded straight collar, collar hook, two small front pockets, sleeve linings, striped satin lining and tailor's label from Lille. Red cross armband stamped by the Ministry of War, large missionary cross widely used in conjunction with the regulatory cross as evidenced by period photos. Soft brown leather officer's belt, 1915 war cross and combatant's cross. Superb set in excellent condition. Note: the cord of the missionary cross is contemporary
