Engraved Cavalry officer's Italian Saber

dating: Second half of the 19th Century provenance: Sardinian Kingdom, Fine, curved, single-and false-edged blade with large fuller that doubles at the foible, engraved with Savoy coat-of-arms, trophy and floral motifs, signed 'J. E. Bleckmann' and 'Solingen', tang. Iron hilt with four loop-guards, long, faceted cap and ebony grip, checkered in sectors. Iron scabbard with one suspension ring.  length 104 cm.
