US ARMY tank crew helmet

Rare and genuine US Army shock-absorbing helmet, original WWII issue, intended for tank and armored vehicle crews. Manufactured by Rawlings. Size 7 ⅛ (59). Lightly worn example, in good overall condition. Note: the small leather padding around the neck guard is missing (see photo) and one of the leather flaps has been reinforced from the inside with a piece of canvas (see photo), invisible from the outside.
