Rare and interesting set of medals that have been awarded to a Doughboy for his heroism during the battle of Saint-Mihiel on September 12 and 13, 1918. This set includes a Saint-Mihiel medal made in USA type 2a, an American Great War for civilization medal with 4 bars including Saint-Mihiel, a French war cross 1914-1917 and two 4-star Saint-Mihiel and GGC bars (for 4 staples). Homogeneous and very nice condition.
